Our Mission is to help people maintain and optimise

physical and mental health.

Who are we?

We are a group of experts in a variety of fields related to mental and physical health, such as: Physiotherapy // Massage therapy // Psychology // CBT // Financial advice // Yoga // Exercise 


Our Aim

We understand that many of these services are inaccessible to many often due to cost, long NHS waiting lists, understanding and confusion as to services they require, and many other factors. 

We aim to break down these barriers and provide services accessible to all in the community, in addition, bringing other benefits to our wellbeing such as social inclusion, community spirit, education and support, and ultimately fun and happiness.

How will we achieve this?

We have set up The Well-Life Collective as a Community Interest Company (CIC). This means that we are able to fundraise in order to provide services to people who need it and not making a profit in doing so. All money goes towards community projects as part of our legal obligation as a CIC.

Projects include:

Workshops // Exercise classes // CBT classes // Group socials // Individual treatments // Retreats // Health podcast // Outdoor exercise // specific support groups // Community talks & Wellness days // family events and more…..

There are a few ways in which you can help support our mission.

1 - Donate - any small donation will help.

2 - Sponsorship - if you are a local business we can discuss beneficial partnerships. From sponsoring a podcast episode to putting on work events, there are many options we can discuss.

3 - Fundraise - put on a fun event or a sponsored walk/run, we will support your journey and event.

4 - Join us - Volunteer your time to help us run our events or offer your expertise.

The Well-Life Podcast

We invite you to listen and be a part of our new Well-Life Podcast in which our collective of experts will share with you everyday topics in health and wellness. We aim to bring you a unique blend of therapies to maintain our holistic goals of optimal well being.

In order to help you we need you to be involved, so we kindly ask if you are willing to share your story or ask an anonymous question then we will focus our discussions on your topic. Sometimes we can feel alone, but we want to show you that there is local support, you are valued in society despite current crisis in health, finance and education, and we want to make it better for you.

We hope to bring you important topics in a fun, personal, positive and humerous way.
