He specialises in a range of techniques including Chinese medicine massage, swedish massage, remedial deep tissue, sports, pregnancy and reflexology.

He is also qualified in chinese medicine therapies including, cupping, scraping and acupuncture.

Youzhong enjoys the practice of taichi and Qigong and likes to share these styles within his treatments and advice or a personal training session.
